Maloy is a softly woven fabric made of fine fibres that together create a subtle texture: just rough enough to give it character, yet soft to the touch. Unlike the smooth finish of velvet, Maloy looks more informal and natural, so the Mila fits well into interiors with wood, linen and other natural materials. The four colours, beige, tan, green and ochre, are all earth tones that form a warm base in the dining room. The base remains unchanged: sturdy black steel that offers a sleek, contemporary contrast with the soft, woven seat.

With a seat height of 48 cm and a seat depth of 45 cm, the Mila offers plenty of room to sit comfortably at the table, while the armrests at 65 cm give that little bit of extra support during longer meals. With an overall height of 82 cm, a width of 56 cm and a depth of 60 cm, the chair fits easily around both compact and larger dining tables. Combine several Mila chairs in the same Maloy colour for a calm, cohesive look, or mix the four shades for a dining room with a little more playfulness.

Maloy is a woven fabric and needs regular, light care: dust the seat with a soft brush or vacuum it on a low setting, and treat stains straight away with a damp cloth and mild soap. As with any woven fabric, slight variations in texture and colour may occur from one chair to the next; this is part of the fabric's natural character. For extra protection, we recommend the Usuals fabric protector, especially with intensive use.
