What customers say most often
Positives: the seating comfort, the quality for the price and the look of the furniture. Many customers write that the chairs look just as good or even better in real life than in the photos. Fast delivery, good packaging and responsive customer service also come up often.
Points to note: now and then a colour looks slightly different in real life than in the photo, and a few customers mentioned minor irregularities (e.g. a leg that is just slightly shorter) or an assembly step that takes some force. Always report anything like this to our customer service, and we'll find a solution together.

Fantastische service
